Wade Wilson, aka Deadpool is a Marvel comic book character known for his insanity and ability to keep talking no matter what the situation. His strengths include an accelerated healing factor, martial artistry, swordsmanship and marksmanship (and possibly duct-tapemanship). His healing factor was given to him through the Weapon X program as a treatment for his terminal cancer. The treatment did not go completely as planned, causing disfigurement (normally covered with his costume) and a questionable mental state. Frequent mood swings make his character unpredictable, adding to the overall danger of this mercenary.
