In Their Own Words: Christine Daae entered the grand ball room, torn between two men she loved, her angel of music and the dashing Raoul. The angel was a strict teacher, and hid in the shadows where as Raoul was free to be in the light. Even though the angel said to be cold to Raoul, Christine chose to see him in secret.
