Do not show hex in item hover previews setting not working

in our settings there is a little checkbox reading: Do not show hex (zombie skin, zapper skin, etc) in item hover previews ive had that checked for months, but it just stopped working yesterday. in hover previews im shown the zombie skin im wearing. i doublechecked the setting…
