The kind people at the Free Gift center caught a brand new batch of Sugar Pixies! No one knows how long they will be avaible there, though.
Right, so. Since people have been annoying me for well, ever about the ticket center I made hte ticket center admin (I should have ages ago). Admins & AA's can get to it under management. :)
The Ticket Center has gotten a new item! The owner apologizes for the lack of items going in, and told us that there should be a lot more items added there soon!
The Crack the Safe game now has a different code for everyone!

These new pieces of the latest aquatic gear are now in hot demand at the Beach Shack with the surfing season right around the bend! The manager of the Beach Shack has promised that though the new line of surfboards have not arrived yet, they will be in at least one week before the waves begin crashing on Delphi Beach!
Some of you came to me, worried that your art isn't good enough for Subeta and felt that the best option was leaving the team.
First off- why would I hire you if you weren't good enough? You were selected for a reason... your skill is of high caliber, and you're the best of the best. Your talent surpasses that of your fellow applicants, who were also looking after the job you were given.
So please, don't feel, or think that your art isn't 'good enough'. If that was so, you wouldn't have been given an artists' job on one of the most popular petgames on the net, known for many things, including its art.
You're all great in your own way. You each have a unique talent in the artistic field; no one's really better, we're all just... different. =D

Krypts Upgrade
The Krypts have had a slight makeover since last night. The high mortality rate of adventurers who brave the dangers, leads to innumerable piles of food being left lying by the wayside. Some of this food has become animated with special properties, perhaps you'll be lucky enough to chance upon a piece of frankenpie as you explore!
Also, there are now two high score tables, one for a cumulative high score (scores get added every time you play), and one to immortalise those who manage to finish.
Speaking of finishing, if you manage to finish you might just find yourself in the posession of this nifty trophy and avatar combination ;)
The Weapons Arsenal has just called in for a shipment of three new pieces of defensive weaponry. Now featuring the Hipposaru, Chai, and Tigrean, these weapons have been crafted from a newly-discovered alloy that may become more popular in the future.
K, could we stop with the riddle trivias that have 3894797435 possible answers?
A wealthy businessman has been seen hanging around the Krypts lately. Its rumored that he is offering a great reward to anyone brave enough to enter the Krypts, and return.
Some people say that a long time ago, ancient evils were buried in those krypts, perhaps you will be able to gather enough pieces to reconstruct one of these forbidden monsters.

The employees admit to making a small mistake in the production of a certain manuscript, however...the perfect companion for vivacious pets! We recommend the possession of a blunt kitchen appliance if you wish to tackle the task of actually reading it, however.

Begging on Subeta
I hate having to make posts like this, so I'll make it short. Essentially we've been alerted that a lot of users are unclear as to what is and isn't allowed in various parts of our site in terms of begging.
Shoutbox:
There is to be NO begging of any description in the shoutbox. The same goes for advertising.
Forums:
In the forums, you are not allowed to beg in a forum post, or in your forum text. If you are found to do so, you will get an instant warning.
You are allowed to beg in your signature within reason. If a UA asks you to change your signature because the begging is ridiculous, then you must do so or it will be cleared and you will be warned.
Also, while I'm here. The decisions that are made by UAs in terms of the forums are not up for discussion. If you genuinely feel you have been wronged, sending abusive mails to the UA in question will not help you. Instead you should bring it up with an AA, or file a ticket. It will be looked into, but we have very little patience for people who dont follow the system.

This is getting out of hand. I've been getting about 10 complains about the staff a day, about some of the horribly mean things you've done.
Do not keep yelling at people for 'modding' Its not modding when they say 'dont type in all caps'.
And running around posting on every single board "DO NOT MOD", is just as much 'spamming', as all the other users are doing.
You are filling up the forums with the same message, over and over.
The point of the moderaters are to lock, and delete boards that are violating the rules. It is not to herd the members, or tell them what to do.
With teh recently combined jobs, you have taken on the responsibility of freezing users who break the rules.
Nowhere in the rules do I see 'doing a mods job'.
I know you feel you are the ones in power, and you are. But yelling at the members constantly is going to make you loose that power. You won't have power, if there is no one to govern.
I've already got notes today, of users telling me they aren't going to go on the forums anymore (and two of them cancled their GA subscriptions, saying they woudln't donate to a site with staff who treat users like that).
So, take your pick. You can keep going like this, locking every board a user says 'do not mod' on, or you can lighten up a little bit. I understand if 500 users say it, then warn the 499 who posted it after the first. But otherwise, its not that big of a problem, and there are way more important things you can focus on.
So, its up to you. If you don't like what I've said, please tell me to take you off staff in the comments. We have to many UA's anyways.

Item not found: vintage swampie plushie
Alright, I went on a plushie fixing spree (for the second time this evening). The Swampie Plushies have been fixed. This is what has been done:
The older Swampie Plushies have been renamed Vintage Swampie Plushies. Their rarities and prices have been upped slightly, since they are... VINTAGE!
The newer revisions are Swampie Plushies now. So you can now have both plushies!

And flower plushies have been moved from a replacement to their own set... =D So flower plushies shouldn't end up in your collections now, unless you bought them after this edit.
In short, I made it so that all that was edited was just the names, instead of moving plushies back and forth. Easier! (and a better idea, but Quetzal is teh stupid)
You can still obtain all of these plushies from the Toy Box.
And since you all have been patient, here's an Angelic Chai for you. ;D
If there are still errors, post them HERE so we can avoid cluttering of the forums. I'll attend to the matters as soon as I can. =D

ARTISTS & ITEM ADDERS
Artists please check your items for copyrights, before you submit. This includes making things like Tabasco, Band-Aids, etc. These things are copyrighted, even though thats what everyone calls any kind of bandage/hot sauce, etc.
Item Adders Please check over items before you add them to the site, checking for the same problem. We can not have copyrighted things floating around the site without permission.
Get some fast relief for those scrapes and cuts by picking up some of these fashionable bandages from the Grooming Parlour! No wounds? Well, no need to be alarmed: they also make great tape substitutes.
And then there?s this thing, for those of you completely off your rocker.
The Bean Bag Shop is selling these new fruity bean bags!
It has come to our attention that certain users attempt to do the tasks of our moderators. In cases such as:
1. User 1 will post in the wrong forum, and another user (not STAFF) will tell off User 1 or tell them their post is in the wrong forum. This gives User 1 the idea to remake their post in another forum.
This is not needed. If you see a user make an error on the forums, report it to a moderator. This is what they are here for.
Another case would be:
If a user posts in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, it is not the user's job to say something in the lines of, "Do not post in all caps." Remember, any forum abuse should be reported; do not attempt to handle it yourself.
2. Also, there is some sort of spamming going on. If someone tells a user that the post is wrong, or something of the sort, don't make another post saying something in the lines of, "Yes, this belongs in the XXX forum." Example:
User 1 posts in the wrong forum.
User 2 replies, "This should be in advertising."
User 3 replies, "Yeah, this should be in advertising."
This is CONSIDERED spamming. Please don't do this!

I hope you've all been saving up the new computer items, because now theres a computer geek who will be more than happy to take them off your hands. In exchange he might even give you one of the elusive computer cases.
Remember if you collect all four parts of the same computer, you can combine them to make a full PC which maxes out a pets happiness!

It?s that time of year again, folks, so bust out those maracas and that limbo stick, because Subeta?s here to celebrate the fifth of May with these smashing items! It only comes once a year, after all!
These first two item sets restocking in the Food Market are spectacular! The new tabasco sauces will put the HOT in HOT SAUCE, and, for the less adventurous of the partygoers, why not take a sip of the fancy umbrella drinks? (Although we don?t recommend drinking directly from those tabasco bottles! Only the strongest of our zesty spices were put into those brews!)

There is a brand new shop in the main shops area. Head on over to the Bake Stop to get all your baked goods!
The biggest change in this recode is that now, when someone gives you reputation (or takes it) you get the amount of their Rep Power.
Rep Power is determined by posts, amount of time on the site, and other factors. People with higher rep power, will give more rep.
Another change made, was that if you are on the site for less than a week, you can not give out reputation.
Becuase of these changes (and the other smaller changes) there was a need for completly clearing the current reputation.
I would like to remind everyone that your username is not posted in the reputation section for a reason. Do not give people reputation and sign your name. If you are caught doing so, you will be docked reputation points (a possibly get a warning).
Also, I would like to ask everyone to participate in the reputation system. In the future there may be medals or avatars and other things handed out, for those with high reputation. At the moment, however, anyone with 50+ rep gets sP for every post they make on the forums. Keep that in mind.
Also, I would like to mention that the Other Sites filter is there for a reason. Do not try to get around this filter or any other filter on the site. Posting site names, or bad language, by putting spaces inbetween will still get you a warning.
