🔍Mysterious Melody Got Smarter! Kumos Improvement

Based on your feedback, we've made several improvements to how Mysterious Melody works:

  • No More Getting Your Own Items Back: You'll no longer receive the same type of item you contributed, even if someone else put in the same thing. If you contributed a Subeautique Invitation, you won't get one back!

  • More Variety from Melody: Melody now avoids buying duplicate item types within the same pool and won't repurchase the same items across multiple pools within 24 hours. This means more diverse gifts for everyone!

  • Better Wishlist Recommendations: The wishlist peek now shows a badge when an item has already been contributed to the pool, so you can choose something different and maximize everyone's chances of getting something unique.

  • Rebalanced Item Selection: Melody's purchasing strategy now includes more random finds and advent calendar items alongside wishlist items, making the gift exchange more exciting and unpredictable.

Thank you so much for taking all of our feedback into reccomendation and making some changes. I noticed the change right away this morning. I did get three of the same WL item, but today's (or yesterday's I suppose) recieved gifts were much better than the previous days and more in line with what I was expecting. I also got a very lovely expensive surprise today which was enoyabale! :)
