Fixed a bug where shops found on Explore pages (like Carnival Stand, Half Baked, Rathskeller Inn, Beach Shack, Icy Goods, and others) weren't being restocked by the shop system. They'll now be included in regular restocking cycles alongside the main "shopping district" shops.

Kumos Bug Fix
I really, really, really dislike the inconsistent cooldown between restocks. On Legacy, it's five seconds between each restock, which is consistent. I understand that Kumos allows me to purchase (200?) items before it restricts my frequency between restocks. Right now I have, at least, a five second delay, but I don't know how many items I restocked to get here and how long I have to stay off site for it to go away. And all this for a couple hundred worthless items is such a drag.
Restocking on Kumos just isn't it. The items are more expensive, the restocks are too unpredictable, the items in stock are in huge numbers and I'm not seeing much of a selection, and the weird restock five second rule, but not, just makes the whole thing messy.
If I at least knew how long to stay away for the delay to go away, then I'd stay away for that amount of time. Is this posted somewhere?
