We launched our new subscriptions over a month ago, and have seen a really incredible response to them, and we’ve added hundreds of new subscribers.

We knew when launching a new payment system, and completely new subscriptions, there would be some bumps. We worked hard to get everything as solid as possible, after all we’re dealing with your real hard earned money here, and launched with very few bugs.

Of course, that is never fully the case, so we’d like to address some glitches that occurred during this first round of subscription renewals. Some users experienced a delay of 1-3 days between getting billed for a subscription renewal and the subscription actually renewing on site. Subscriptions are supposed to renew on the same day that they are billed. We’ve identified and fixed the issue causing these delays, and all delayed subscription renewals should have now gone through.

If you have any outstanding issues with your subscription, please file a ticket and we will assist you ASAP. You can check your current subscription status on the subscriptions page here if you’d like to make sure your subscription information is correct.

We’re dealing with your real money here, and understand how important it is to make sure you can trust us and that you get the benefits you’ve paid for. Please reach out in tickets if you continue to have issues!

Thanks for all the work you've been doing! All of my recent issues were resolved really quickly, Bug is a superstar. I also agree with the request for a better 2FA, would love to use that.

We are dealing with real money, so please please can we have an optional 2FA login?
Subeta may not be on the radar for hacks but who knows when? also there were some inside jobs to hack accounts and move the sp and items to another one, so if the tech makes it possible to secure our accounts almost perfectly, can we have this option?
It became a must in every website that deals with real money and C-cards.

I love the subscription system and am super happy that Paypal is now an option, since I wasn't able to use the previous system. I'm not the biggest CW collector but I'm considering possibly jumping to a higher tier later anyway, because I'm really happy with recent updates on Subeta and really want to see the site thrive.

@feral Yup, we're wrapping this up (hopefully) with the addition of upgrading / downgrading your subscription and finishing up a refactor of some of the bad foundation we're standing on, and we'll be able to circle back and give CWs real attention!

Really hoping once you guys get this priority issue sorted that we see some information regarding concerns about CWs. I can totally understand if this has been the focus (it's a very important issue) so I'm hoping once you're feeling confident it's sorted, you'll respond to us on the forums. TY.
