A few users have sent me questions regarding the Cash Shop and general procedure, so I will answer it.
If the Cash Shop is down, please, DO NOT send Subeta an order via PayPal! If you do this our script will not read it, we most likely will not register it, and you will most likely not get your order. If the Cash Shop is down it means we ARE NOT accepting online orders. You are, however, free to mail your order to me,
David, or 
Keith. Our addresses are on the Cash Shop page.
If you are missing an order that was made the 15th, 16th, 17th, or 18th please mailDavid. If you made an order before or after these dates and it is missing, please mail me. Include the following information:
1. What you ordered.
2. The email address attached to your PayPal account.
3. The exact purchase date.
If you made a purchase using an eCheck on PayPal, include its clear date as well. Please check and make sure you did not pay using an eCheck before mailing us. You can do this by logging into your PayPal account and checking the transactions.
Please, do not multi-mail me or David. This greatly slows us down and hinders our ability to help you and others. Only do this if I take longer than 24 hours to respond, or if he takes longer than 1 week. Please, do not comment on our profiles about a missing order unless our mailboxes are full. Otherwise, this is a security risk.
If you are missing a mail order please mail the person you sent it to and include your name, what you ordered, for how much, how you paid, when you sent it and your address. You can mail order a payment using cash, money order or check. If you are an international user (IE, not in the USA), please do not use a check. Please use a money order.
A mail order to Keith can take up to 2 - 4 weeks from within the US to add, to David or me 3 business days to 2 weeks. Please wait this time before claiming your order is missing. If you are mailing from outside the US, please add 2 - 4 weeks to this time, depending on your location.
