Things have been going crazy! Recently, some users could create duplicate usernames, which caused a big problem all around the site.
To fix this problem, we changed everyone who had a duplicate username to dupped###. If you see that your username was changed, click here and change your username to anything you want (that isn't a duplicate!)
Thank you everyone for sticking with us, through all of these troubles. We promise to have some new things soon, and not just fixing old things :(

Due to circumstances beyond our control, it has become essential that all users change their passwords immediately. This is not a request. You must change your password. Do not discuss this, just do it.
By popular demand, presenting the newest additions to the Admin Panel under the Staff Tools category: Staff-Only Item Search (a program to search for items by traits like rarity, item number, shop it stocks in, description, etc.) and Staff Search (a page that sorts the entire staff list according to the time they were each last seen).

Wizard Glitch
For those of you who recieved rare items (above the rarity of 90) from the wizard last night, after he reset, we are asking that you delete these items. This glitch only happened for about 20 minutes after the Wizard Reset. So for those of you who were not online, or did not do your quests in that time frame, you don't need to worry.
Some of these items are for future events, as well as items that were never to be released again.
We cleared all trades so that no one would offer on items that could have possibly been acheived from this glitch.
CLARIFICATION: Since I've been asked about this, yes, this includes R101, R150, etc. items as well. Anything that the Wizard gave other than R90 or lower during those twenty or so minutes has to be deleted.

This will probably be the last poll, and only minor changes will be made before the final version is put on the site.

Along with the last batch of bugfixes, I have also added in more performance upgrades. Please send sMail to Enderbsd if you notice an consistent performance problem, or pattern. I expect 1500 users online soon with the newest changes, so feel free to tell your friends about Subeta!
You may have noticed the short downtime a moment ago. We were simply updating a few files to make the site even faster, and work better. The following bugs have been fixed:
Profiles will now update properly and add sections properly.
Profiles will not glitch and break other user's titles
Profiles will no longer break on updating when a '," , or ` is used.
Forum signatures can be updated again, and will accept '," , and ` marks, if you so wish to use them
Ticket system will no longer break with a when quotes are used
The bug tracker will no longer break when bugs are submitted including , ' " or `. (Yes, the bug tracker was ironically broken)
If any of these fixes prove to be incorrect, please sMail David or report the bug to the bug tracker immediately. This fix may have caused a few pages to break, or show odd errors such as an incorrect include path. If you come across such a bug, report it immediately, as well.
The site will also be undergoing a security update soon, so please be on the lookout for some more downtime later tonight/early this morning.
Finally, please be aware that although profiles have been fixed, you will still have to reset titles on your own, as we cannot fix that without deleting every single profile block and asking users to recreate them on their own, so instead we leave you with the choice to update, or delete and recreate. Another issue to be aware of, is although profiles have been fixed, they may still have problems in terms of their arrangements, if you find that you are having trouble arranging profile blocks, try creating different blocks at different times. Newer blocks tend to like to stay towards the top of the column. Thank you for your support and patience, we will continue to develop and fix subeta.

There appears to have been a minor bug where all profile titles have changed to "..:://*// Goals //*//::.." We are unaware of the cause, but it appears to have affected all profiles globally. Feel free to change it back to whatever it was, and do not make a bug report, we are aware of it. Only version 2 profiles have been affected.

As there appears to be some confusion regarding what to do if you order from the Cash Shop and your order never arriving, I will explain the steps you should take.
If you order from the Cash Shop and never receive your order, smail me(User not found: xprimaleyesx) and include the following information:
-What item you are missing or did not recieve
-The exact purchase date
-The email address used to purchase your order (the one attached to your PayPal account, not your Subeta email address)
And remember, if you paid via eCheck your order will be processed in 3 - 5 business days. An eCheck occurs when you do not do an instant transfer (IE, you have no or not enough funds in your PayPal account, and you cannot instantly transfer from your bank account/credit card).
Please, do not smail me a receipt unless otherwise requested, as I do not accept these as proof of purchase. I need only the three things listed above. Once I verify your order, I will process it.
And please, do not smail any other staff member unless otherwise requested. They will simply explain that you need to sMail User not found: xprimaleyesx.
Please be patient. Most of your orders will be added within a few hours of me recieving the receipt. However, there are a large number of missing orders due to server changes, and many of these smails are missing information, were sent multiple times, or are written very unclearly, which increases the amount of time needed to process the order.
