Quest-A-Thon Coming Soon!
Starting tonight, Wednesday the 29th, at 12:00am until Sunday July 3rd at 11:59pm we will be having a site wide Quest-A-Thon!
You will be working with your fellow users to get 750,000 quests completed during this 5 day period. You will need to complete quests from the following quest givers to have them count: Carl, Cinthia, Mori or Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Sarah, and The Wizard. Just a reminder that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver and Gold Account users can complete 15 quests.
Just like last time, we will have a progress bar on the news page so everyone can track how you’re doing! If the goal gets completed, everyone that participated will receive 1 new pet slot, the forum title Quest-ionable, and 5 forum points! Participation means doing at least one quest.
During the Quest-A-Thon, we’ll be having a special on Cash Shop Credits! Any cash shop credits you purchase, you’ll be getting double back. That means if you purchase 10 dollars worth of credits, instead of just getting 1000 you’ll be getting 2000. This is only for the duration of the Quest-A-Thon, so take advantage of it while you can.
Make sure to get your friends online and cheer them on so the goal gets completed! Good luck everyone.

Subeta is a very social website with a decent base of long time loyal users, so new users often quickly find the best resource is other users. Also, it's been a long time since I've done the new user intro/guide thing that I think Sarah takes you on to show you around the site, but if you find that some pertinent info is lacking, definitely make a ticket and suggest to staff what you think needs added. Staff here are more responsive than any other site I know of.
As far as figuring out everything at face value, Subeta isn't the MOST in depth world ever built, but it is fairly intricate. And a list of direct links to every important thing would quickly become a cluttered page so large, it would no longer be useful. That's why we have the widgets option, so each user can customize their sidebar with things they feel are most important. Some people like to quest, others hate it and would rather have all shop links for restocking, still others feel the need to see their battle pet, or all of the above, and so on.
Your best bet, as with any new site or device, is to click around, explore every nook and cranny, or ask for help. ^_^ We're all mad here!

I am saving up for the MC slots but if this means I can get one faster, and for just doing what I do everyday, I can go for that pet slot. :D
Wanna talk about a confusing ass website to navigate - Gaia. I tried it one day and noped right back to Subeta... <3 love Subeta been here almost 10 years.
After some quick math, we'll need somewhere around 1100 to 1600 -ish people to do all of their quests every day, so be sure to tell your friends to log in and stuff!

Quest-a-thon, yes! Free pet slot? YES!! This is a huge motivator for me to do more than a handful of quests while I'm online.

2) Click on User Dashboard
3) At the top of the page, click on Widgets Click on Quest - (add) then it will be added to your User Dashboard which will be located on the left side of your screen.

Except multiple users have told you exactly how you can get to the quests in one great spot, but you say it's not new user friendly. However, you're a new user, and all you had to do was ask before several very kind users offered you the information. Please explore the site more if you are confused about where things are; everything is right there if you just take some time to check things out!

@AmandaKimsDaddy - the currency page is here. if you look at the sidebar, the first thing you see is a box labeled "subeta: (username here)". look at the amount of sP you have, you'll see its actually a link. click it and that is how you can get to the currency page.
@Laurey I suppose that works. Thanks. However, it shouldnt be this difficult to just track down the Quest NPCs. Every other game that has Quest NPCs at least make it easy to find.

I may take advantage of the csc thing for the first time ever. Now I see that first time purchase includes 20% extra csc. Will that still be in play for the bonus? Does it mean I'll be getting the 20% extra twice? Someone explain to me I'm confused >.<
@Pirate So you want new users to feel frustrated because they can't find where the quest npc's are? That makes total and complete sense.
