He was amazing. This item is amazing. So sad. He died on my son's birthday. Which I JUST realized was Michael Jackson's birthday too.

I love that you guys decided to take it from Young Frankenstein. It's a lovely tribute. What a year...
We lost two of my all time favorite actors this year. Now the world feels like a very dark place.
Thanks for this, guys. Loved his movies for many years. Have them all on DVD or VHS! My subs and I have a tribute weekend planned for this coming weekend.

Not normally one to be thankful for these special items, but I loved that man, he meant so very much to me. He made me laugh genuinely and often, and I will always cherish Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein. My all time favourite comedies. I don't care how old he was, I was not prepared for his passing.
'young frankenstein' is one of my mom's favorite movies, i grew up watching it. it hits very hard to know that a man so talented and lovely (and incredibly modest, as well) is no longer with us.

I will admit I haven't seen a whole lot of his work, but what I did see left an impact. I watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory over and over and over again as a kid, before reading the book and long before the Burton/Depp version existed, and Gene Wilder's Willy Wonka remained one of my absolute favorite characters.

I knew exactly who this was for when I saw the news post. SUPER sad...Willy Wonka is one of my favorite movies, all because of him. RIP Mr. Wilder.
Such an amazing human being!! Truly upsetting for me that he's gone. Even though he was 83 and I just can't help but always picture him young in my mind. ;w;

Sigh. RIP to another great actor. It makes me a bit sadder remembering that it was only a bit earlier this year that I was all excited to find out he and I have the same birthday. :(
