Okay, so I come back to this page, and every so often, I click on this link to take me to the BH. It's been at least 10-20 minutes, and it came up and told me that Maleria was kicking me out???

I'm refreshing but instead of seeing items all I get is

I don't refresh over and over again, but I still seem to get banned. How often can we check back there without that happening?

In nearly six years I've seen BHH restock exactly twice. Once I was able to catch the item, and it was like... fresh garlic scapes or something, it wasn't even anything cool or valuable. The second time I was so shocked and excited to see something I actually might want there, I forgot how to use my mouse, clicked in the wrong place, accidentally refreshed the page and the item was gone. XD

If you never log out make the BHH page your browsers default home page. & when Im doing my quests I usually check everytime im done 2 of them. So like 10 for the wizard then 10 for pete, check BHH page....& so on

Hmm, the Shinigami was already stocking there, I thought? I just got one from the BHH a few days ago haha.
Also for everyone who's never gotten lucky: perseverance is key! I check in every time I visit the site, usually about 30 min- 1 hour (which I'm coming on to see if I've got new pings or w/e anyway and only takes like 1 min), and I've got 72 purchases so far. Sometimes you even get lucky and get 2 items! It's happened to me before, truly the unicorn occurrence. So never give up an you might just get lucky /ovo/

@Kreeki lol that is so cute. It does sell things, just super rarely. And make sure you have tokens because that's the only currency the gatekeeper accepts!
For everyone wondering why they never see anything in there, I'm pretty sure it restocks like 1 or 2 times per day with one item each restock. Just keep checking! I check alllll the time and I've apparently (according to my Achievements) only restocked 8 times from BHH.

For anyone who is confused:
Blackheart Hollow only restocks 2 time a day, at random times. You got to be lucky enough to check it when it restocks AND grab the item that's there before someone else.

Maybe there should be a mini little "guide" to BHH linked on the actual page for those who may think it sells out super fast.

Is the BHH explained in the newbie guide we just got because if not I feel like it needs to be?
And also the news posts could be worded more clearly because every time an item gets added to the rotation in BHH people are like "did it sell out already?"
