Throwback Thursday is now Friendly Thursday!
The new year is upon us, and much of Subeta has welcomed the destruction in the past year of various terrifying legendary beasts. Yes, maybe some were a bit more benevolent and undeserving than others, but once we have our swords out we just have to hit something over the head with them. It was only defeat in the case of the nicer ones, we promise.
Still, we all can’t be friendly ALL of the time. There are some things that others might do that really gets our Oatmeal. And some Subetans, no matter how frail they look, are not going to turn away a fight if it’s for something they believe in! A certain Minions Market shopkeeper in particular has been stretching her old bones out and is not going to stand by while people anger her.
Maybel is available now as a challenger if you’re mean enough to find the way to unlock her!
Once you unlock Maybel, she will appear in the Secret Tab.
Unlocking Maybel is not limited to just this month like with our Throwback Challengers. While we’ll continue releasing a challenger on the second Thursday, you’ll have plenty of time to unlock them.

I got her unlocked (takes multiple minions btw as a hint) but tbh I wish the solution was for feeding edible minions to your pet bc that's a fun one

She didn't bat an eye even when I pawned an innocent minion, I wonder who's the true monster here.
I had no second thought going into the fight then I saw Ah-Dol (darkmatter escalade) next to Maybel in the battle and now feel bad.

It would be an interesting twist if unlocking her required being mean to minions, but by unlocking her, she will no longer allow you to buy from her shop. (Maybe at least until you air your greivances in battle.)
Using minions in genetech combos or fragmetizing them didn't unlock her either. Maybe I should try zapping a pet's minion.

Checked the shopkeepers list wanting to see if there was something there and the page is borked.
Donating/Deleting minions buyable in her shop doesn't seem to do it (at least not at only one).
Neither does visiting the Minion Zoo
