Another important thing to take note of is that this Sunday is Daylights Savings for North America, so the Subeta clock will be jumping forward an hour!

It'd better better here with only 3.5 month of non-DST to make DST permanent. It's the clock switches which are awful.

That means I will rise at 3:30 am inside my own body for a while ...
Time to fucking suffer holy shit.

I'm glad my Province is considering getting rid of the stupid daylight savings.

I love when the time changes for spring since where I live we don't change our clocks so Subeta quests will be 1 hour earlier for me. Yay. :D

As I heard a radio DJ say this week, “Don’t forget on Sunday to throw your clocks in the garbage!”

@Avel - Spring still officially starts on the 21st, but the daylight savings change is always early on Sunday morning (at 2 AM) to minimize the disruption.

@SongSparra - the northern hemisphere gets daylight savings in Spring. It used to be later but they changed it a while back to extend it. Before the most recent extension it did change in April and October.

Time zones are already confusing enough, but daylight savings not being done at the same time everywhere in the world just makes it worse. Where I live we always do it on the last Sunday in march...which is the 31st this year. Urgh.

spiralgalaxis

@abel Alright. Meet you at the park in maybe a month or two. Should be some leaves then.

*grabs a handful of mozzies and throws them at you*

abel

@spiralgalaxis sounds fun! it's still hot here, too, so its not even proper autumn! Whooeee, mosquito party!

SongSparra

So you guys get daylight savings in spring? We get ours in summer (first Sunday in October) but then again it was the end of summer and start of autumn on the 1st of March which means our daylight savings will end next month on the first Sunday in April.... confused yet :D
2

spiralgalaxis

Thanks for letting us know. ... So this means that Subeta's midnight will be at either my 3pm or my 5pm. And Sunday is... tomorrow? The day after? Er...

Um... never mind.

Hey @abel . Want to go to the park and bury each other in autumn leaves?
2

Avel

I forget that Spring is special and doesn't start on the 21st like the rest of the seasons.

@abel I know some of our users have daylight savings at other times (or not at all!), so thought I'd put it in so people take note of the time change haha.
