dang y'all are making every post on here spicy. "what a *fun* last few days of morostide" "end of Morostide was disappointing for all" it was whatever for me, but the aftermath of here's a 500csc pay off and a community manager that might/might not give you updates via discord we don't know, it just really feels like there's a divide between the userbase and the team and a lot of resentment that people were unhappy with these two updates. hate to see it.

Also I can't get the forums to load so just saying here, thanks for the free CSC and GA, I really do appreciate that you guys are trying to get things sorted out atm. One thing I really appreciate about Subeta is when stuff messes up, y'all try to compensate us in some way or another, can't say that about a lot of sites. :heart: Hopefully everything'll be back to normal soon enough.

It really just is so very Subeta to release the monthly collection a day late, where everybody can buy it because Keith had to give us free CSC to make up for the site not working... only we can't actually buy it because the Cash Shop is down for half the users and the Wardrobe is down for the other half, LMFAO.

My issue was less with no extension and more with no announcement in a timely manner. But I believe Galaxia will def help out with better communication. I believe them!

The stones are really pretty. The snakeskin is kinda creepy. And I love the style of the female hair, but I hate purple so guess I won't be getting that one. Wish it was a different color or more of the multi colors.

I'm definitely ready to move on from Morostide. Traditionally the items from the previous year are in the next years rotation pool. As for the borders, they are randomly generated and nothing is guaranteed so those who couldn't get them this year might have better luck next year. However, the problem of new.subeta not loading still remains which means some folks can't use the wardrobe and have no access to any of these new wearables.

Also Avel's question just made me think that it might be nice at some point to have some sort of news post or something in the FAQ outlining exactly what sorts of things the community manager will be dealing with and when it would be appropriate to contact them or who to go to for questions about things. I know obviously bug reports are still best addressed through the bug report forums, and account issues are still ticket issues. But it would be nice maybe at some point to have an idea of which staff member(s) would have the answers to various questions (or could contact the rest of the team to get answers).
I wouldn't expect this to happen immediately, since I'm sure things are still being sorted out between you all, but just an idea. :)

@Helly Extending it would’ve just been more lag/issues. When we extend holidays, it’s generally when things are more stable or at least can handle the end better. That was not the case for Morostide.

this could be achieved rn if moro was just given an extension like 99% of players are desperate for, moro is one of the most beloved, if not THE most beloved holiday for sub players and doing this would truly go such a long way and mean a lot to many people on here i feel
