History::
An admirer of Aleksandr whose childhood began in the former Yugoslavia, where her father was an undercover KGB at the time. When the war which would become the fall of Yugoslavia broke, her family fled from the region they lived in which dominated by the population of the opposite races, as her mother is Serbian. The family came back and settled down back in the father's homeland, after the Soviet Union also fell...

Because of his former occupation as a KGB, her father introduced her to Aleksandr, who used to be known as one of the best prospects for the KGB - if only the agency wasn't swallowed into oblivion along with the fall of Soviet Union. The girl was smitten by him even before she celebrate her tenth birthday, despite the fact that there are almost thirteen years in their age difference.

Random Facts::
-'Chernaya Vdova' is Russian spelling of 'Black Widow' - referring to her image of easily ditching men after 'scoring' them and the fact that she has some spiders (two black widows in particular) as 'pets'.

-------Certain Fragment of Memories

"Say, Linya, haven't you dated Misha a while back?"

My focus lifted up from the latest issue of Vogue, looked back questionably at one of my friends, Lidochka, who was the one asking the question in our table of five girls. And of course, my answer didn't seem to please her, with the way she raised her brows..."Misha? Who..?"

"Come on, you really don't remember Misha Pavonin? The hottie from engineer major who's also in the varsity wrestling team!"

"Oh...him" Did Lidoshka realize I 'went through' at least eight guys in the last three months? It's difficult to pull a particular one out of my brain...if I have any memory about him at all. "So, what about him?"

Lidoshka let out a dramatic sigh, "Well, I kinda have had my eyes on him since you and him stopped seeing each other. Since you have dated him, help a friend and tell me what's he like? It seems he's still available since you broke it with him."

I sipped my cappuccino, trying to buy a little time to rummage whatever left about the said guy in my memory. "Micha Pavonin...'bout 6'2, light brown hair...grey-blue eye, in varsity wrestling team, correct?"

With the enthusiastic nods from the girls around the table, I continued. "He's a good catch if you like guy that listens to your input, not a butthole who thinks woman is to be dragged around by man. He likes girls that speaks their mind but be prepared to attend his wrestling meets since that seems to be his requirement in return of enduring our girly activities. He doesn't drink, likes spending time cuddling and doesn't mind to go shopping with his girl."

The Vogue in my hand turned pages as I quickly scanned for new cosmetic promotions, then dropped the bomb. "By the way, don't let his physical appearance fools you. His stamina sucks...I don't understand how can he be on the varsity wrestling team with a stamina that will guarantee an abuse from drill instructor in army less than ten minutes."

After a round of various disapproval sounds, another girl, Yuliya, started a new phase of gossiping. "Seriously, is that the reason you dumped him?'

"That, and you know my drill...all other men are just toys to me. No need to invest too much in to them." I marked the promotion of a foundation cream I wanted with the tip of my flashily painted orange nail. "When I end it, I end it for eternally. Lidoshka, you just go ahead if you want to date him. There is absolutely zero chance that anything with go back to the way it used to be and if he tries to get back to me, I'll punch the light out of him."

Lidoshka leaned on her arms and interjected. "One would never thought they's ever hear 'punch the light out' being used with a guy from varsity wrestling so easily, let alone coming from a girl."

"Unless he has had some military martial arts training before, I'm confident that the training my papa taught won't fail me."

"There you go again...'whatever it is if in military, it's always better'. Surely the same still apply to your taste in men, right?"

The magazine flopped down to the table surface as I let go of it and pouted at Lidoshka. "That's rude. It's MAN, not MEN. Singular, not plurals...even if it's someone else from the army I wouldn't care, my eyes have always set on Shura ONLY."

"Shura is his diminutive name? You must be something...I thought just about everyone in the country known him as Aleksandr Linkonovski."

With another sip of my cappuccino, I didn't directly reply to them but let them think the answer was 'Yes'...

In reality, 'Shura' isn't his diminutive. He probably doesn't even have one but I thought 'Shura' seemed fitting him best and I started calling him that for some year already.
