Saturday // February 16th

I saw a little birdie today. Daddy says it's a momma birdie taking care of babies.
She's very pretty.

Monday // February 18th

I saw the momma birdie again today. Me and daddy followed her to her home and we saw her babies! They're so cute!

Monday // February 25th

I walked near the momma birdie's home and she wasn't there. Her babies were really loud and my daddy says its because they are hungry. He said the momma will feed them so they are not hungry anymore.
I hope their momma comes home soon.

Wednesday // February 27th

We went to the birdie's home and the momma wasn't there. Some of the birdies weren't moving. My daddy says they're sleeping and one day they are going to see their momma again. But there was one that wasn't sleeping and he let me take it home!!

Thursday // February 28th

I named my birdie Mr. Blue because he is blue and he is really pretty. Daddy took to me to the store and and we got a birdcage and toys and food for him. I think he is really happy with his new home.

Wednesday // March 6th

Mr. Blue sat on my finger today. He sits there and he lets me pet him!! I think he likes me.

Tuesday // March 12th

I saw Mr. Blue fly!! Daddy says he's getting really big and that one day he'll fly just like his momma used to!!

Thursday // March 14th

My daddy says we have to let Mr. Blue go home..... I told him his home is here but daddy says he should be in the sky. I don't want him to go.

Saturday // March 16th

Daddy and I went to the park and we let Mr. Blue go home. He flew away and into the sky. I think he is happier now.
I am going to miss Mr. Blue.

Sunday // April 21st

I saw Mr. Blue again today!! He was in the park and he came to me and he sat on my finger. He was happy and that makes me really happy. I am glad he is happy.
