During my long life I have explored so many places, bringing home trinkets and memorabilia and a much wider palate than I left home with. I was born curious. I think, out of my litter, that I was the only one who was always asking "why?". I almost drove Mama insane with my questions, I think.

My job helps with my insatiable curiosity. I was one of the most highly decorated agents in SAI before I was promoted out of active duty. Most likely because once I had a sniff of an interesting conundrum, I didn't let go until it was solved. They ended up calling me the Detector, as I could find things no one else could. Tiny clues missed the first time. A name that wasn't the dead end they thought it was. Taking a problem and pursuing the tiny little lines spreading outward that made the unknown become known. Fascinating.

My colour helped. I found I could blend into the background. In the back streets and grungier areas my silver turned a dull grey. It's easier for the eye to flow over such a shaded colour. I could also contort my face, just a little, to look more like those in whatever surroundings I find myself. Be they the Zombie Den or the Millionaire Center. A touch of makeup, and no one is the wiser.

The SAI Council still tend to throw me the "impossible" cases that other Directors plain refuse to look at. They know I have a good team of agents built up under me. Other "misfits" who have remarkable abilities to find what others cannot. It's rare that I need to go out in the field, but when I do, the case is solved and closed. I had one last over 2 years until it was closed. I still have another one open from 5 years ago. We work on that one as we can.

I love to travel, and my job ensures I have been around every part of Subeta. Some of my favourite places include Veta in summer, and Arctic Frost at Luminaire. Shengui Guo will always have a place in my heart as well, as I remember being one of the SAI trusted to negotiate when they revealed their presence to other Subetans. Such an exciting time!

I like going back to visit, and Ying knows me by sight at the bathhouse. I have even had the pleasure of playing with the young Zentu before they are adopted. To see such large beings frolic in pools is something to behold!
