Illyana Nikolievna Rasputina is my name. It's a mouthful, but suck it up. You can call me Illyana, or you could call me Darkchylde if you want me to cave your head in. Only the denizens of Limbo can call me that and not get in trouble. I'm Sorceress Supreme in Limbo, aka their ruler, so not only do I have a kickass soulsword to mess you up, I have minions of Hell to send after your sorry butt.

I'm a New Mutant, one of the members of the junior team housed in Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. I'm their transportation specialist, since my power is teleportation via Limbo to anywhere you'd want to go. Usually somewhere close is best, my aim isn't foolproof. Also I gotta be careful to make sure we end up in the right time, too, because time in Limbo is funky and if I summon the wrong stepping disc we end up jumping around in time.

My power isn't technically teleportation, I control the stepping discs that litter Limbo, using them to my advantage. That's why we have to pass through Limbo every time we teleport. The time and space elements of Limbo are what screwed me over in the childhood department. I was taken to Limbo by its ruler Belasco, and though the X-Men were right on my tail, I ended up aging 7 years in a few earth seconds. From six to thirteen in the blink of an eye to THEM, to me I'd spent 7 long, horrible years in a hell dimension. I lost parts of my soul while I was there, and I'm more than a little evil.

I don't really get along with people, I've got a bit of a nasty side. Heck, I don't even always get along with my teammates. But they're my family. So watch out. Only I get to mess with those dorks. If you do, I'll come after you with all the forces of Hell at my back.
