About Plonk

Plonk is a rather private individual, often acting reserved or even cold towards new acquaintances. This doesn't earn them many friends, but they tend to prefer it that way. The fewer people they have prying into their business, the better. That's why they chose a home on the outskirts of a little village in Arctic Frost. Not many people venture out that way without a reason.

Most would describe their first impression of Plonk as "confusing" or "odd." The Neela is rather fond of little trinkets, especially those pertaining to Luminaire. The holiday season is their favorite time of year, and they like to keep a miniature Luminaire village, consisting of a few small ceramic buildings, on display year-round to keep the spirit alive. The village expands into a thriving town as the holiday draws closer, occupying spaces of the house that once belonged to other cute (but not Luminaire-related) knick-knacks.

This may seem to be in direct conflict with their aloof personality, but this could not be further from the truth. One should never judge a book by its cover, as they say, and that certainly applies here. Plonk tries, perhaps a bit too hard at times, to keep every aspect of their life a secret from strangers, believing none of it to be anyone's business but their own. That doesn't mean, however, that they will forever leave you in the dark about everything. Stick around long enough, and they may just become comfortable enough let their playful side shine through. Sharing a little peppermint candy might even get them to trust you sooner. Peppermint is their favorite flavor, after all.
