Despite that and their scary appearance, though, they do have a much softer side, seen usually with their little sister Soleil, or when taking care of all the minions they have in their own zoo, not to mention the Baby Keeper they take care of, who they call Japer.

Get close to them, and you can likely see that softer side yourself, as well.

They also enjoy cooking.

_{fun fact: Yes, the pet itself is like, really old. I've had them since I first made this account, or at least around there-- they used to be named after an old OC of mine. Given that Kai-- and yes, this is based on my blog askmansionkaitoandrin on Tumblr-- is essentially the progression of that OC, it like, made sense to rename the pet? I would change it to something along the lines of their Non-Kaito name 'Malakai', but. idek we'll see. Also since that's an obviously taken name I'd need to get creative with it,
