Kaleido Kit the Spectrum Blob Kitty

Deep inside the woods of the Peka Glade National Park in Riverside, there is a mysterious cavern. This cavern is home to Nutsedge the nostalgic scootle and her family of Blob Kitties! Throughout her life, Nutsedge has always had an appreciation for nature. So the scootle and her blobby friends spend their time protecting the forests of Subeta from any and all threats.

When Nutsedge heard about the rift’s appearance in Subeta, the scootle went to the Galaxian Wastes to examine the phenomenon. Nutsedge was both intrigued and concerned by the rift. She had heard of pets who had gone into the rift and emerged with a drastic transformation in appearance. If the rift could do that, couldn’t dangerous creatures emerge from the rift as well and threaten the well-being of Subeta?

Nutsedge’s thoughts were interrupted by a strange noise. The scootle turned around and saw a creature gently hissing at her. The creature looked like a blob kitty yet only had a mouth on its face and green spots on its tail. Nutsedge quickly realized that the creature was a blob kitty that had been transformed by the rift. The features of the small creature were similar to the riftborn pets the scootle had seen wandering Subeta.

The scootle immediately took action by wrapping her hair around the rift blob kitty and began to sing. It turns out Nutsedge had magical hair that could heal organic life and calm down anxious creatures. Soon the rift blob kitty had calmed down and Nutsedge was able to learn its backstory. As the nostalgic scootle had predicted, someone had thrown the minion into the rift. After being stuck in the rift for several days, the blob kitty emerged from the rift with its new strange appearance. Nutsedge, who was angered by how the small minion had been treated, took it back to her hidden cavern in Riverside.

Over the next few weeks, Nutsedge monitored her new companion with the hopes that the rift blob kitty would find its place among the group. All of the blob kitty minions had managed to use their abilities to help the group in various situations. The Baker’s Blob Kitty had taken to making goodies to feed to hungry, lonely, and sick creatures. The Fireside Blob Kitty helped keep everyone warm during the cold winter days and also served as a defender against attackers. The Dapper and Opulent Blob kitties would sneak into high-class gatherings to collect information from the Subetan elite. The Spectrum Blob Kitty had been the first blob kitty Nutsedge had met. She excelled in acrobatics feats and would entertain everyone with her antics. Thankfully, the rift blob kitty became good friends with the Rapscallion Blob Kitty and became one of the fighters to defend the others from harm. The rift blob kitty would execute aerial attacks on enemies while the Rapscallion went into hand-to hand combat.

For her part, Nutsedge’s heart was glad that the rift blob kitty had been accepted into the family. And whenever Nutsedge went to examine the rift in order to prevent any catastrophes that might threaten Subeta, the scootle took the rift blob kitty with her.
