Story bit...
It was raining when you found me near the woods. I was abandoned there, left to fend for myself, but I was just a kitten. My name was literally Nuisance, but when you read that on my carrier, which was left outside for me to sleep in, you changed my name to something similar to yours, because you felt connected to me somehow. I guess...you could relate to feeling like you were just a bother to people you just wanted to love you.
When you brought me home, I was very sick and could not eat. You force fed me, you put some sticky brown goop in a syringe with some food and shoved it in my mouth, so that I would have some nutrition. I didn't like it at first because it was uncomfortable, but it actually tasted pretty good. I was also dehydrated, and you happen to have some sort of bag that had some liquid in it, with a tube and a needle attached. I felt a poke in between my shoulder blades after seeing it and felt the sensation of water....under my skin! It was the weirdest sensation, but boy did I feel better afterwards. I don't think that's how humans normally get rehydrated, don't you guys normally drink from a glass or a bottle or something? It was very odd.
