Founder of Zanthrone and still enjoying hisseat as ruler of the young nation, thealchemist Nano has long sought the means totransform himself and others through hisgifted mastery of potioncraft. While mostrecipes he studied and mastered early ononly allowed for temporary orinconsequential forms of bodily modification,it was his discovery of Zanthronium and itsalchemical applications that allowed him toadvance the science of potioncraft to neverbefore-seenheights. While he can comeacross as quite and reclusive when he oftenloses himself in pursuing his research, he hasfound new courage and inspiration in hismuse and partner, Puck, to further fuel hisalchemist endeavors.

First founded by the explorer Nano, now the King of this young nation, Zanthrone was forged by thediscovery of Zanthronium, a special metal found in great deposits beneath the kingdom that serves as avital catalyst in trans-formative potions. The discovery of this compound alone has allowed potion-craftto explode in both progress and popularity, forming the founding cornerstone of Zanthrone's economyand culture alike.


Location

Nestled in the shadow of Mt. Megalo-Montis in a temperate region of the world of Thera, Zanthroneenjoys the full gamut of seasonal weather in its current climate. It shares a border with the militaristicnation of Exercitus to the south, and the more technologically-advanced democracy of Circum to theEast. Thankfully, Zanthrone's plentiful potion exports leave it on friendly terms with both of itsneighbors at the present time.


Potions

The kingdom of Zanthrone was founded on the merits of its fine and exotic potion-craft. Blessed withrich deposits of Zanthronium, for which the nation was named, the kingdom has exploded inpopulation in a short amount of time, led by the good King Nano, the alchemist who first discoveredthe mineral's potential applications in the field of potion-craft. Serving as a powerful catalyst fortransformation, Zanthronium has since been combined with all manner of reagents to produce a widevariety of permanent trans-formative potions, forming the kingdom and its inhabitants into ever-changingcavalcade of parts of plenty. Thanks to the efforts of Nano and his Queen Puck, many of thesepotions have begun distribution throughout Jizzral as well, granting the listed effects to those whodrink a full bottle. Any potion granting Multi to an Asset also grants that Asset if not already present.
