Yellow Sign

Yellow Sign is a funny little town nearly smack dab in the middle of the world of Astrinet. It is home to literally almost everything yellow. Yellow homes, yellow appliances, yellow cars. You name it, it's probably in yellow in the town of Yellow Sign. The folks that live here tend to have a golden glow about them though that may be from all the blinding yellow color that cakes the town. It's a fun tourist spot between the shores of Scarset City and the mountainous region of Thunderfall. They even provide you with sunglasses on arrival as most folks can't stand to look in town without squinting their eyes and receiving a blinding headache. The locals are very friendly and are fine with listening to tourists crack jokes about the way their town is. It ain't the first time and it sure won't be the last. In the very middle of town is a single, yellow sign which gave the place its name. This sign is simply that of a railroad crossing sign. Nothing more and nothing less. What makes it strange however is that there are no train tracks to speak of. Not even when construction in town first begun. Folks tend to believe that it's some kind of prank that was pulled by the founder's son and it just kind of stuck with people. Though there are others who believe there is some sort of ghost train that rides through the night when the moon shines a vibrant bright yellow. When the train goes through a specific home, those superstitious folks believe that people are either destroyed or even abducted by riders on the train. No one knows for sure but perhaps it's best not to stick around and find out.
