Separated from her parents at a young age, Colliope always dreamed to be more than average. Being alone and without her loving parents, the only place she found comfort was in the Coda Caves. Having been there for so long, and being the kind Kumos she is, Colliope was blessed by the beautiful Galactic Fairy. Colliope now had the power of the Cosmos and she intended to use it for the better. She helped the Subeta people with quests and helped minions and other pets in need. One day, while laying inside her den in the Coda caves, she spotted a Kumos that looked lost. "Excuse me, can I help you?" she asked politely, walking in their direction. "N-No." The Kumos stuttered. "Do you have a name?" she asked, trying to ease the Kumos' nervousness. "Markerz." he replied. "Do you have any family that I can help you return to?" She felt genuinely concerned. "No." he muttered quietly, almost inaudible from his lowered head. "Why don't you stay here a while? I have a den that you can sleep in." She felt bad, he was just like her. He didn't have a family either."R-Really?" he looked into her eyes with such intensity she almost fainted, "How can I ever thank you?" "No need. I love to help others. Especially fellow Kumos." From then on, Markerz would aid her in her adventures to help other people in the world. He was a special Kumos, even if he didn't have a different look to him. He was unlike any Kumos she had ever met. He was funny, silly, loving, caring, not to mention romantic(even though they weren't dating). "Colliope, I really like you. I can't explain in words how much." Markerz whispered one early morning in their den. Stunned by his words, and still extremely sleepy, she didn't say anything. "Oh." she heard him choke. She heard him padding out of their den, and rasped "Wait!" But it wasn't loud enough for him to hear, and when she could stand, he was already gone. Crying herself to sleep for the next few weeks, Colliope was incapable of helping anyone. Then one day, the Galactic Fairy came into her den, telling her of someone who was looking for someone to help complete a family. Colliope batted her paw and buried her face beneath them. Then all of a sudden, she heard unusual footsteps. "Hi, my name is Crayonz, and I'm looking to start a family. I heard that you've been through a tough time and I know how it feels to be hurt. I would love to take you back to my other beautiful pets and introduce you so that we can be a family. Maybe that will cheer you up, I know I would be delighted to have you." Crayonz bent down and put her hand on Colliope's head. Colliope nodded and followed Crayonz. She finally was a part of a family, but yet she still felt so empty. She could never forget Markerz. Crayonz said she understood and she would try to find him. Crayonz searched high and low and all around the world, she was about to give up. She stopped in a cottage and bought some mint coffee. But then a Winter Puff flew in through the window led her to a place in the Polar Ice Field, where a Kumos was buried underneath a few inches of snow. Crayonz gave him polar ice water in a chalice and the Kumos was then strong enough to stand. When asked his name, he replied "Markerz." and Crayonz ventured to her pets as fast as she could with Markerz and the Winter Puff. When she arrived, all her pets were waiting for her and studied the new animal. Crayonz started, "Everyone, this is..." "Markerz..." Colliope interrupted. Markerz lifted his eyes from the ground as Colliope stepped out in front of the other pets. "Colliope..." Markerz began. Colliope ran and knocked him onto the ground and licked his muzzle. He smiled and Colliope spoke words he will never forget, "Markerz, I love you."
