Ameron found him wrapped in a blanket on the streets. Since the first second Ganymedes saw Amerons face, he could not stop staring. He enjoys looking at things for a very long time and he is full of love and joy.
Ganymedes sees Ameron and Otisk as older brothers, and you can find him around them a lot.

Ameron decided to name him Ganymedes, because of his obsession for the universe. The stars, the planets, all their moons - he loves it. Ganymedes got his little pet right after Tearstain joined the group - which caused a lot of commotion. Ganymedes started feeling lonely because all of the attention was focused on Tearstain now.
So Ameron got him a minion. Ganymedes decided to name his little minion Erichthonius, after one of Ganymedes' many crates.
However, none of the group members could memorize this name, and after a few days, Erichthonius was known as Jupiter. (However, Ganymedes still calls him Erichthonius.)

Ganymedes is quite smart for his age, but he is still young. He can talk like an adult about stars, and go play with toys again a few minutes later.
Almost every member of the group adores him, though Tearstain is the only one who never really spoke to him. Ganymedes likes to study people and how they react, and Tearstain has been a big mystery to him from the very beginning.
