I was once a Dukes son, till that fateful night long ago. It was a normal night like any other, father was up late in his study and I had gone to bed so I would be well rested for I was told there would be a surprise for me in the morning. But, someone else had other ideas, that night I had a hard time sleeping and a light sound casued me to slightly open my eyes. The next thing I new I was bound and gaged then I was stuffed into a sack for what seemed like days untill they threw me down some hill, I could tell because the ground was slanted and I hit many rocks on my way down. I don't know when I stoped rolling because I was unconcious before that point, when I woke up I was lying on a bed in someone's house and there was this Talim siting by me. A girl came over and said that the Talim had guided her to where I was and that I was dehydrated and badly cut up the villagers thought that I wouldn't make it, this happened about 1 month before I woke up. Durring that time I am told the Talim hardly left my side. I asked about my father and got shocking news, apperently news had spread that just before I was found in the forest the Duke had been murderd and that his son was taking over his estate. Untill then noone even knew that the duke had a son since my identity was kept a secret, or so we thought. Whoever kidnapped me had replaced me with a monsterous Nightmare Keeto and convinced the people that this was the Dukes son. In my place this imposter has made the peoples lives misserable and run the Dukes good name through the mud.
Now I live in the village where I was saved taking care of the little Talim that found me, I call him Tal.
