As you walk through the city you start to feel like you are being watched so, you make a turn and run into an allyway doging right and left till you think you've lost who ever may have been following you. You check behind you to make sure and when you turn around you find you are face to face with a female Spectrum Keeto. Shocked you wonder to yourself where she came from. She glances around and then looks at you agiain and says in a hushed voice "I am looking for this Mortking" as she holds a picture in your face "I heard you might have infromation on his wearabouts." You shake your head no you have no idea what she's even talking about. "Oh, pardon me this may be a case of mistaken identity if you'll excuse me I must take my leave." She then trows a small object which explodes in a cloud of smoke and when it all clears she is gone, the only thing that remains is a card that reads Sheiryu PI.
