Jhacoby was born on the end of Morostide, and it shows. He has a very morbid obsession with bones. Bones, bones, bones, give him bones and he's one happy Ruffie. He's a very cheerful Ruffie in general. Despite his odd love for bones, he's quite the chipper and friendly pet. Even the graveyard excursion that ended up with him losing sight in one eye and looking... well, like a zombie, didn't change his attitude. He's not much of an intellectual, but he's eager to learn and do the right thing. He is rather hyperactive and will be extra hyper when he smells bones.
