King Julius II is an energetic and boisterous party animal. He loves everything that has to do with parties, from party clothes to party food right down to disco balls. Julius also loves nature, and often spends time frolicking in the meadows or among the trees around Veta Lake. Julius is very self-confident, to the point of arrogance, and is rather spoiled and demanding. However, he is actually rather caring and thoughtful, and will make grand sacrifices for his friends when necessary. He is convinced that he is the Heir to the Manchu Monarchy, though he's not sure where the Kingdom of Manchu actually is.
