Some would call Impairment creepy, disturbing even. You could call him that I suppose.
Impairment wasn't always so disturbed, he was actually a really sweet boy growing up. He lived a normal life for the most part. And he wasn't always called Impairment, his birth name was Ian. Ian lived with his mother and father until he was around eleven or twelve (he claims he doesn't remember the exact age), when they were taken from him in an awful inferno of flames. Ian and his neighbor and best friend at the time were playing outside with a package of matches they found on the road.
