Sigmatophilia - In psychiatry, a sexual perversion in which sexual arousal and orgasm depend upon the partner being scarred, marked, tattooed, or pierced (especially in the genital or nipple region so bars, rings, etc. can be worn); the term also includes the person who must also be marked in the same manner.

Rough Background: Developed his fetish at a young age after one of his girl friends wanted to pierce his ears. He would continue to pierce himself in secret but let the holes close up so his parents wouldn't find out. It used to be something he only did every couple weeks but soon it became every week, then every day, and a few times a day, and now it's become something he has to do almost hourly. It developed quickly when he was young and he caught got at school frequently with a needle, piercing himself and other students (who wanted him to). He was suspended from the school and, after hearing about the circus, never went back. He absolutely LOVES his job. Joined the circus at 15, now 28

-Has his body covered in piercings and tattoos
-Will gladly pierce anybody and let them pierce him
-Has a few body modifications (horns, rest to be determined) and has a fetish for them as well
-Is best friends with the Twin, Seieki (they often talk about Urushiol though their favorite topic of conversation is about their piercings and body mods)
-Takes a long time to open up and really be his goofy self around people, best way to get him to is to offer to pierce him or let him pierce you
-Has taken it upon himself to be a father figure to Tikon, as well as the rest of the young/new/more insecure members and is VERY protective of his "kids", gives them all nicknames
-Doesn't like when someone is upset and will do what he can to try and cheer them up
-Is apart of the more "adult" night life of the circus, specializing in masochism
-Sticks on love, hun, babe, baby, doll, etc when talking to people he doesn't know and gives nicknames to those he does
-Gets most of his happiness from the simple pleasures in life
-Is a pretty dang good cook
-Takes great pride in his tattoos and finds his identity in them

Stigmas Act
Something similar to that, with walking out appearing normal and then removing the make-up to show his real self. This basically is what his tattoos look like minus the one on the top of his head (brain thing = kinda too creepy for me xD)
