Deep in the woods, down an innocent-looking path, lies an entirely non-threatening clearing with a quaint, even inviting cottage overgrown with vines and all manner of greenery. Within, they say, a kind and welcoming young woman lives, willing to host a weary traveler with no questions asked, if they'll return the courtesy. It is a space filled with the evidence of herbal magics, crystals, books in strange languages but with friendly lettering and illustrations, candles in all colors, and a rainbow of glass bottles filled with innocent-looking mixtures.

Isaega has few rules for her guests:
1. Do not enter the cellar.
2. Do not venture beyond the overgrown gate at the rear of the property.
3. Accept your dinner, and leave after breakfast.
4. Do not roam the cottage or grounds at night.

It isn't known what happens to those who break any of the rules. Isaega maintains no one ever has, but there are those rumors - travelers gone missing in her forest, or (worse) appearing at their destination changed, stories of strange sounds and lights in the woods at night. There are rumors, too, that the kind young woman has always been such, no matter how long anyone has known about her, and that if you manage to look in just the right way (glimpsed in flashes of reflection and from the corner of eyes) you might just spot the goat-like horns and eyes and pointed ears and teeth.
