Harvest Paralix!
The harvest paralix may seem like it's arrived early, but it's actually incredibly late from last year's harvest time. It got caught up trying to practise being incredibly quiet amongst the crackly leaves, and being pretty stubborn, has only just embraced the rustler lifestyle!

Ahoy thar, me buckos! I wish I was bringin’ tidings of an early Keel Hauliday, but alas! Port Plunder’s been… ehh, plundered! Paint n’ pigment splashed all over th’ walls n’ docks! Dear ol’ Babette’s signage sullied with insults I shan’t repeat! Thar even be a vile scribblin’ of me n’ th’ crew on th’ deck of the dinghy! Little x’s in our eyes n’ everything! Carl’s been rantin’ ‘bout a glowin’ eye’d scallywag skulkin’ ‘round, but that mealy-mouthed grog blossom is indecipherable on a good day, so we’ve no idea what he’s on about.

Me, I’ve half a mind to suspect one of those hornswagglin’ Islanders is tryin’ t’ sabotage  our little shindig, but I’ll naught be able t’ afford the fallout if I’m wrong. Would ye mind a lil’ sojourn n’ reconnaissance so’s we can find th’ scurvy dog and cleave ‘em to the brisket for this offense?

Translation: Hello, friends! I wish I was announcing the start of Keel Hauliday, but unfortunately we’ve had trouble at the port! The buildings and the dock have been covered in paint! Babette’s inn sign has been vandalized with unkind words! There is even a crude caricature of myself and the crew painted on the deck of the lifeboat! We appear to be deceased! Carl has spoken of a suspicious individual with glowing eyes in the area, but that distinguished gentleman can be a little hard to understand sometimes, so we aren’t sure what he may have seen.

I believe an Islander may be responsible, perhaps trying to ruin Keel Hauliday. I would visit and ask myself, but they might take that the wrong way. Would you mind visiting the Islanders and clearing up this little misunderstanding?

It’s time for another Chaotic Token Shop restock!

Over the next 24 hours or so, I will be restocking items randomly in the Token Shop. Don’t assume an item restocked earlier will appear in a later restock, I really am choosing at random. We are not adjusting the wait time between purchases, either, so you’ll have some hard decisions.

There is a new Reward Card available to fill out! Remember that for each stamp you will earn Loyalty Points (LP) in ascending value to spend in the Loyalty Shop - stamp 1 is 1 point, stamp 2 is 2 points and so forth. Completing a card awards you 5 bonus LP, bringing the total for completing a card to 60LP.

You can fill this card up twice! You will get the same amount of points for filling out each card, so in total you have a chance of getting 120LP. You can spend these points in the Loyalty Shop.

If you’re unsure if you’re on your first or second card, check out your current level. Levels 0-10 are for the first card, 11-20 are for the second card.

Quest-a-thon: PRIZES part one

Thank you everyone for participating in this year’s Quest-a-thon! We’ve started giving out the basic prizes and will be working on the prize for the top 100 folks over the next few days.

Just a reminder of what these prizes entail:

- Completing at least one quest got you: 1 pet slot, the style hoodie (which you can transform!), 5 referral points, 10 loyalty points, and the Questin' Hard achievement. This achievement gives you the forum title “Questing hard, or hardly questing?” which was the most liked suggestion in a past news post because I forgot to do a poll. SORRY EVERYONE.
- Originally, we had planned that if you completed 100 quests you would get the Green Sun Sparkle HA border. Due to some programming issues, we’ve changed it to having quested at least three days (no cap on to how many quests just the fact you did some!). So if you fit that, you get the Green Sun Sparkle HA border.

Note: The event says “total completed” and should say “days of quests completed” for some, it's been updated but the first few to get the event have the old messaging (before we sorted out the green sun sparkle HA border issue)

Second note: We're aware of the issue with the achievement being unlocked, and are looking into it.
