🐛Bug Fix: Saggitarius Quest Item Selection Fixed! Kumos Bug Fix

Fixed a bug where Saggitarius was repeatedly asking for the same few items (like Funnel Cake and Red Candy Cane) that weren't even supposed to be in his quest pool. The quest system was incorrectly selecting hoarded items from the economy without checking if they were actually in the quest's allowed item locations. Now quest givers will only request items from their designated item pools.

This happened to Saggitarius in particular due to an upgrade to the system I did yesterday, targeting his quests.

I remembered that Sagittarius use to give better rewards on Kumos, and now the rewards for quests don't seem to consider the price of the item purchased.

I've noticed the past few days: that I've been sent on quests asking for items worth 300,000 and 400,000 and only getting back 100,000 for my trouble. Meanwhile the other quest givers are rewarding far more for my trouble.

I feel like I should come back and clarify that I'm making sP just fine questing. Saggi seems borked in it's profits compared to the other quests which is only weird because historically I think he was most profitable.

@Keith
I noticed that my Saggi quests are the only ones that don't ever seem to have an itemized reward breakdown.
> Reward Breakdown
> Base quest reward
> Item value bonus

Perhaps nothing he's asked me for triggers that or hasn't recently. I know you're tweaking the quests to find the right balance. I will add that I only have one Saggu quest where I wasn't basically breaking even with ~100k spent and ~100k earned because one I earned 275k. I don't think I would as "religiously" do my quests if this were the case every time. % of profit is actually better on some of the other quests where I'm maybe spending 10k and making 30k.

I support your ideas where we get other rewards/buffs. Saggi just seems like a quest where we spend more to earn more but it has kind of lost that appeal on kumos. I have no idea if that made any sense and I hope that it was at least somewhat helpful. :) I know most of us our motivation for questing is largely earning sP but other motivators can/do factor in for me as well.

Thanks for all your hard work!
