🐛Present Opening from Previous Years Fixed! Kumos Bug Fix

Fixed a bug where users couldn't open Christmas presents from previous years (like 2025) and were getting "Presents cannot be opened yet!" error. Now you can always open presents from any previous year - only the current year's presents are locked until December 25th during the holiday season!

I have unclaimed gifts showing but when I click claim all it is still saying gifts can not be opened yet.

"You can view presents from previous years using the year selector above" but i dont see a year selector anywhere
