Wardrobe Avatar Page Rework

@Syfyri posted an incredibly detailed breakdown of the wardrobe avatar page with mockups and everything (seriously, go read it!). We went through every point and implemented the vast majority of their suggestions. Here's what changed:

New 3-Column Layout
The avatar page now uses three columns on wide screens: your Currently Wearing list on the left, Avatar Preview + Item Preview in the middle, and the Item Browser on the right. Each column scrolls independently, so you can browse hundreds of items without losing sight of your avatar or your current outfit. On smaller screens it gracefully collapses to two columns, then stacks on mobile.

Fixed Item Preview Panel
No more chasing a floating preview around with your mouse! There's now a dedicated preview panel below your avatar that shows your body wearing the hovered item. Hover over anything in your items or your Currently Wearing list and it appears in the preview instantly. If you're browsing items you don't own, the preview panel also shows a Shop Search link and a quick Wishlist button.

Filter Improvements
* Sort By and the My Items / All Items toggle are now always visible — no more digging through Advanced Filters for basic controls
* 11 layer tabs shown by default (Chest, Hair, Hat, Face, Held, Feet, Head, Backdrop, Foreground, Neck)
* Labels now use AND logic — select "wings" + "sparkle" and you'll get items tagged with both, not either
* You can click a selected label again to deselect it
* You can now select multiple colors at once (also AND logic) — find items that are both blue AND gold, for example
* Active filter chips appear below the filters with clear category labels (Color:, Drawer:, Label:, etc.)

All Items / Catalog Browse Fixes
This mode was pretty broken before — it was returning non-wearable items, sorting didn't work, and pagination was busted. All fixed now. It only shows wearable items, all sort options work correctly, and you get proper page numbers with totals. You can also preview unowned items on your avatar now since clothing URLs load properly.

Visual Polish
* Unowned items in Catalog Browse have a softer dimmed look (less aggressive than before)
* Owned items get a subtle green checkmark when browsing All Items so you can tell what you have at a glance
* The CW (Custom Wearable) badge is now a small star icon instead of a text overlay
* The old outfit completeness progress bar is gone — it wasn't particularly useful
* Pagination controls stick to the bottom of the items panel so they're always reachable

Drag & Drop Fix
Dragging items to reorder in your Currently Wearing list now auto-scrolls when you drag near the top or bottom edges. No more struggling to move an item to the top of a long outfit.

Big thanks to @Syfyri for taking the time to write all of this up with mockups — this is exactly the kind of feedback that makes Subeta better. If you run into any issues with the new layout, let me know!

Thanks so much for all your work! The new three-column layout is a huge improvement. To be honest, the old layout was the reason I switched back to the legacy wardrobe, but I’m trying out the new version now.

I do have one suggestion for the items page: I prefer organizing everything into custom drawers, but I’ve noticed there doesn't seem to be a filter to show only the items that aren't in a drawer yet? It would also be great if we could see which drawer an item is currently assigned to. This would help sorting the items into drawers.

One other thing I noticed (though I'm not sure if it's changeable): after moving an item into a drawer, the page refreshes and I have to reactivate the 'select' mode again. It would be much smoother if the selection stayed active.

It seems I'm unable to see any skins right now. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Unowned items are still showing as "Item #______" and a broken icon in the Currently Wearing! Also I know it's minor but I would love the ability to turn off the item border and maybe even customize the number of items in a row / adjust padding between items. Even with the smallest possible window size (before the browser converts the wardrobe into single-column), the empty space between items drives me crazy lol. Maybe possible through custom css? I'm so acclimated to how simple and compact the legacy wardrobe item display is and I love it for that. :(

I've been here like 17 years and I had no idea we had o opt into the new Kumos wardrobe :'D

the mass page scroll has haunted me for years, this is a lot easier to engage with!
Marina
Amazing work Syfyri! It's very generous to spend so much time making mockups and thinking through all the design decisions to make such a comprehensive suggestion. Thanks for all this effort, both of you!

Everything in Kumos defaults to the female avatar as well. Even when you have the male avatar selected.

@Keith Since the vast majority of items work with the existing limbs, rather than not, it makes sense to me to have a tag/label for items that do modify limbs and specifically hide limbs for previews of items with that tag? Of course, I know shitall about coding so this may be nigh impossible---just what seems like might work.
Truffula
@Keith since you're sort of treating the limb parts like the facial features and hiding them in the preview, would it be possible to put them in the stack like the eyes and nose and mouth are? That would be a workaround I could use even if they don't turn off, because I could just put them behind the background when I don't want to use them - AND it would be a great benefit for wearing bottoms that don't have hand cutouts, when I want the hand to show!
BlueRiver
I'd love for the outfit tools to be higher up, either above the avatar preview or between the preview and "Currently Wearing". Also wondering if it's still true that the avatars we already have won't count towards the limit.
Azriel
Are the submitted outfits on the Contest pages supposed to be able to change when the avatar changes? Mine just did, after a lot of trouble figuring out (and failing) how to submit an outfit correctly.
Keith STAFF
@Truffula Ahh! Thank you! I thought I'd fixed that "Item #28934723947" issue, it appears not! And the limbs have been tricky as well, for some avatars they're saving and not for others - I'll give it another pass.

Thank you!
Truffula
Here - this screenshot shows the two top problems that still remain - I have shown these before but they seem not to get fixed. You can see at the highlights: items showing wrong when added (number and broken image); and limbs not being removed from saved HA even when hidden in wardrobe.

Azriel
Never mind - it's working, but I had to refresh the wardrobe page to see it. My bad!

Changing my outfit doesn't seem to be working?
Truffula
"Hover over an item to preview" is working for me for the items in the right area (squares) but not the items already worn in the left-hand column.

Turning off limbs is still not working? It's just not saving that they're off no matter what I do.
Keith STAFF
@ethan that is a very good point re: the hovering for the buy from shop! let me think that
Keith STAFF
@Armor That's a little bit on purpose! It doesn't show _any_ base features, outside of your actual body, just so that you can see the items that do things like add arms, legs, etc.

I know for things like bracelets, held in hand (like that sword) it might be useful, let me know what you think the right thing here is 💀
Armor

Item preview doesn't show any of my limbs, even though they are all toggled on in the Base tab?
ethan
Oh that was helpful, i couldn't figure it out either! thank you! these are incredible changes!!!

i do have a question, how do we actually click the 'add to wishlist' or 'shop search' buttons when we are showing all items and hover over something we don't have? in the legacy wardrobe, i always right click on the item and then move my mouse over to the window to keep it from disappearing so that i can click the button, but that doesn't work in the kumos wardrobe. i haven't figured out a way to keep the item showing in the preview to be able to click either of the buttons.
Angelica
@Keith
I'm (kinda) new so I guess I missed that! it's on me <3 thank you for clarifying
Keith STAFF
@Angelica Ah! You need to opt in to the kumos wardrobe here and then you'll have access, sorry! I should update that message to make it clear that you can turn on/off access 😅
Angelica
@Keith
it gives me a "Access denied. This feature is currently in beta testing." message 😯
Keith STAFF
@Angelica Right here! :D
Angelica
where can we see these updates?
SilverPrincess541
lol I was just changing my wardrobe for Survival and seen the difference. Thanks to taking the buggy issues noticed the difference.
