Hagane you are the best!! This pet looks absolutely fantastic, I knew you would do a great job with the revamp! I'm just so sad that I have no one to turn into it! My only Darkonite is Angelic, so I don't think that would work too well! xD

I always thought of the darkonite as more of having a 'helmet' with spikes on it rather than a kitty cat's ears. So the lack of softness fits great I think. (:

I agree with the softened, rounder, and flexible ear comments. It's still very well drawn, just not quite for me. I miss the brain...

Well done, though not quite as malevolent or bloody as I would have hoped.
I think I may get the overlay redone in this style, though keeping some of the colour-scheme of the old version (I was rather fond of the red "armour", myself).

That lifted paw is gorgeous, and so is the blood. I quite like the eyes too! Otherwise, I find it a little to round and cute for my tastes; seems all the curves and spikes of the darkonites were softened. The ears are now mobile...? I thought for sure they were part of the skull helmet.

Ooh I love that raised paw! And the back legs. 8D I didn't realize those things on the Darko's head were ears though... I always thought they were pointy horn...helmet...things. They look oddly soft and flexible here.<br />Good to see this species getting some love!
