Hobbes ILY. Must. Have. And guys, for those of you that seem a little confused, the tiger plushie is most DEFINITELY Hobbes. :D Calvin and Hobbes went on an outer space adventure to mars, went back in time to see the dinosaurs, and played in Calvin's treehouse in the G.R.O.S.S. club! (Yeah, I'm obsessed. I have every single Calvin & Hobbes comic book.) So yeah, the references are all there. But a long as you don't read the description, he can pass for Tigger too. :)
For some reason I can't decide if the tiger doll is more like Tigger, or Hobbes.
They're both technically the same sort of character that fits the description, it's just their human companion really influences their adventures. Sure, with Tigger, there's Pooh, Piglet, Owl, Rabbit, and so on and so forth that is apart of that cast, but Christopher Robin is really the one that decides the personality of that silly tiger doll.
Calvin is the same way, he's just more energetic and destructive so Hobbes is that way too- maybe a little bit more morally guided, but he's still full of energy and willing to go on countless adventures with his human counterpart.
Hm. I guess it can be both, though. If we strip away the imagination and see Tigger as a tiger doll, he might look a lot like Hobbes in his unimagined form. Yeah, I like that. The doll can be anyone we want it to be. ^-^

Thank you for selecting a bulldog to remind folks about pet health. Bulldogs are prone to many issues, have to have C-sections to give birth, and don't live very long. Which is a damn shame because every bulldog I met has been super friendly
