I see that the reference here is not what I thought it was. I learned about Poisson d'Avril in French class, so slapping people with fish makes me think of that. ^.^;;
I know it's an IRC command but is that in reference to the Sims or vice versa? Cause you used to be able to slap someone with a fish when they argued.
For those who are confused, this is a reference to an IRC command that slaps whoever the named target is with a large trout :P
