Various issues around site
Hi, everyone! I just want to take a moment to thank you all for your patience while we deal with the various issues happening around site. We know you’ve all been looking forward to Morostide and the issues are making it very hard to properly enjoy it. Please keep reporting issues you’re experiencing around site, we have staff keeping an eye on the forums and shoutout box to see where people are having issues.

thx for the update - it is difficult to do quests due to lagging and I still am getting 504 ERROR blah, blah, blah messages throughout the day today - I couldn't autoprice my shop yesterday nor could I keep up my steak with the BathHouse :( I finally just now got back on here to autoprice... hope it gets fixed soon cuz of ToT and Pumpkin Patch stuff...Thx for keeping on trying to fix it

most pages loading OK if slowly, but all attempts to trick or treat end up with cloudflare error.

I totally get why it's laggy, but the difficulty it's causing with quests is pretty frustrating. :( Just when it seems like it's safe to try them without being interrupted, it starts back up.

Is there any chance that gold accounts will be extended a couple of days because of the lag and downtime? I missed a good chunk of quests Friday night and was not able to autoprice my shop Friday. It took so long for the pricing to go through last night that it was past midnight before it went through too.

Pretty much can’t use the site all last night and today so far due to lag and gateway errors. Every 20th or so refresh goes through. Hoping for ship-shape when you can!

Thanks for the update! It's been impossible to play during the evening (which must be afternoon for the majority of the site users), so I mostly just give up and play in the morning. Would be nice if this changed back to normal soon, but tbh I'm quite used to these issues...

I sent a ticket over an early tot issue but i'm tempted to just delete all items involved (there are just 4 anyway)

@RachelLynn Bugs from bug catching are floaters like the pumpkins, so they're competing with the pumpkins. So they're still working, just it's going to be harder to find them.

Ouch, well its good to see have noticed about that... i just see the common error 504 or the delay response on the wardrobe by the lag in the page... but out of that, i dont catch any error for the moment...i will keep an eye... ¡thanks for concern about that!

Morostide is going great! First one I'm actively participating and even though there have been lags etc., things are going well!

The first few days of site events are always a doozy for the servers. We've all learned to have patience by now, haha o3o

It has been a huge bummer, I haven’t even really been able to ToT people properly because every two clicks for me is a shut down, but it’s kinda ok cuz I gotta work all weekend and don’t have time for subeta anyway x) I hope everything will be fixed by Monday! I can’t wait to grind this Moro <3

Don't know about anybody else but I've gotten nothing but repeat skins I already have with the zapper. I thought last year they said they were going to do something to decrease the chance of repeats. Hope that's coming up. :)

Well, it's my first morostide and I'm having a blast, and the server issues aren't going to ruin that for me. Y'all are doing a fabulous job. I love you, and I love Subeta <3

Lol okay I get the frustration, but it's still only like Day 1-2 right now. And they started early as it is, so we actually have 18 full days of the event this year. That's a lot, there will be plenty of time still once things get fixed.

@StarShadow While that's a good idea, we won't do anything like that until the end just because we want the site stable for a bit of time before we encourage more activity.

Thank you Amber Keith and Bug for working so hard and long to get Subeta back up and running smoothly again. All your efforts are very much appreciated. (Gotta love computer care and maintenance - nothing like it for providing the every so often long shift with no sleep.) Please go get some rest and take good care of yourselves as well as the servers.

Honestly, the only thing that really frustrated me was that I was only able to battle Carereaper twice before the site went down. I'm glad it is better now, but I hate having to wait until April for the next Friday the 13th.

@Amber Should I file a ticket for my tokens? I tried to exchange them and got a white page with the word error. Then I looked and my tokens are all gone and not in my inventory or credited to my account.

Mostly I'm just frustrated when the Wizard penalises me during questing for taking over one or two minutes to get him his items, when the reason for that is that I can't get the site to load.

Nobody can blame the servers for not being able to handle the load, or you guys! Make sure you caffeinate or sleep (sleep is better)

Honestly with the event starting this soon there is nothing to complain about
