I know the answer for this one, but there are seriously several ways (in two words) to put it.
I'm not even going to mention how dumb I was to put "safe" as the answer to the last one. <br /><br /> As for this one...my daughter has no school today because of this, so I knew it right away. Yep - I'm currently from Pennsylvania. (although, still a New Yorker at heart.)
Well, the safe doesn't actually change... This one is a fairly easy search, since it is a holiday... of sorts... XD
