I think it's a pixie/fairy with something, not pixlin. I'm tempted to say cola fairy, but that's r99...and I don't have one to experiment with.

I've got 2 torrey keychains before they went UB, but no headphones...
Lucky I had a pair in the vault -- the prize machine at Veta Lake could yield you a pair of the headphones with any luck and enough tokens.

given the desc of the poisonne i am praying that the fairy bear is not one of the things needed to make it.

Could be Beat+Montre item+Torrey item, but the little grey wings convince me a Montre is part of the formula.

I made to many Techno's..I kept 1 for my collection, keeping a couple for presents and gave a couple away. and trading the rest to get the sp for all the stuff that will be coming out this month.
