Yay! 2 easy trivias in a row. I shall enjoy my mini-roll because I'm sure the next one will stump me.
I'm surprised people are giving up on this one so quickly, I found it to be very easy. My first hunch was actually the correct one.

If you crossed off every other letter, the letters spelled out the question, "Who assures your pets no harm?" To find the answer, I looked around Subeta at what all the questgivers etc said, and if you go to Explore > Riverside Valley > Training Center, part of what Jim says is, "And don't worry about your pet. As a professional I will make sure that your pets' form and speed are perfect for no injuries and maximum results!"
