It's actually under dispute for a LONG LONG time, lol. both china government and taiwan government claims they have rights over that island. but since taiwan government isn't really a federal government, so the United Nations, as well as most other countries still consider taiwan as a part of china instead of an individual country.

Aw.. I was between China and Taiwan.. I put China because Taiwan is in China so... Oh well.. I know I have this one. ^^ Maybe I can trade this prize for the lanterns later.
But that would mean that Hong Kong isn't a country either. But then, China wouldn't really be, either, as it's a Republic if it encompasses them.
