I'd just like to say I love it. I love the stripes, I love the eyes, I love how the wing is semi-transparent, I love it's expression, I love it.

What I liked about the old Lasirus was the size of the head. The smaller head on the new one throws off the tucked-in look, and the ears are stiff, and lack the texture of a bat's ears. However, I like the new lineart style, plus the stripes.

That right ear still continues to bother me, though. Not much has changed about it. It's just... angled wrong in my opinion. I really bothers me. But good job nonetheless. xD;

Nestly, you do beautiful work. ♥ My only quibbles are stylistic - I'm not sure the dark stripes on the body really contribute anything to the pet (I was one of the few who liked the pale leg stripes in the first proposal), and I still prefer the hunched back and the "I'm scared of myself" psychotic expression of the original. This one does look more psychotic than the first proposed revamp, but it's more of a... sort of aggressive psychotic, or something.<br />

Positives: I see the coloring has been smoothed out, and the background ear is at a much more natural angle now. The dark ear tips are a great touch. And the anatomy is about as perfect as it could be. I'm not really bothered by the "finger" growing out of the elbow; flawed anatomy is one thing, but adding a few characteristic features to a fantasy-based virtual pet is another. Extra limbs, digits, horns, wings, etc. hardly constitute bad anatomy - it's just a stylistic difference.<br />

Anyway, overall, this is a revamp I wouldn't mind seeing approved. Well done. <img src="http://www.subeta.org/images/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" />

I love this one. The last revamp had more of an slightly evil contemplative gaze. This re-revamp is actively thinking evil thoughts and gazing at you with a smug little grin like, 'That's right and Id slap your momma too.' <br />

Ah wonderfully done Nestly 8D I like the darker marking much more (and the added ones on the back), and that smirk is cute, but also menacing in keeping with the original attitude of the pet. Kudos!

I like it... only thing I coud ask for is maybe to see abt more membrane.. some spread in the wings. Just my opinion of course, he's following ( he being the character, not Nestly) the old pose which wasnt very open winged either.
Much better.... but it still has a finger coming off of its elbow for no plausible reason. As outdated as the art on the old Lasirus is, it at least doesn't have egregious anatomical errors, so I'm going to still be voting against the revamp.
