Why does the Hydrus Ontra have horns?
I think the Hydrus Ontra had no reason to be revamped. It looks happy before, but now it's angry. Guess I won't be getting one now. The art is beautiful, yes, but I'm upset.
MikeLovesNayna and idunnowhy: if you have a free pet slot you can create/adopt an ontra or if all your pet slots are full you can buy an ontra elixir to change your pets species if you don't already own an ontra...then you would need a reborn potion for the reborn one or complete an uncharted land map and then complete one of Merana's quests for the hydrus one... <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_wink.gif" border="0" />

Those are great.
The old reborn Ontra reminded me too much of the Pocket Monster Charmander/<i>Hitokage</i>, with its colouring and flaming tail. The new one doesn't, and the stylised flames might make me consider getting one.
The Hydrus Ontra's shading looks somewhat flat, although that could be fixed with a small amount of blending. The outlining is much better than that of the older one, and the bubbles look a lot less two-dimensional.
Good job; these are quite improved in the new style.

Wow, the character of the Reborn Ontra is completely different from the old one, but it's pretty in my opinion, same goes for Hydrus.
