It seems that Subeautique thinks the Peekaboo Pearlessence, Citrus Charms Ultra and Giselle Snowshoe lines have all gone out of style and thus have been retired. :( Aw.

I find that there were so many set stocking at once. Maybe now the newer sets will restock more often and become cheaper

You can always buy them from the user shops. At the moment they are pretty cheap.
