Okay, art is better, but I liked old Malticorn MUCH more. Their eyes and smile... Wrost redraw EVER.

whoever drew that Chelon is my hero. I wish there wasnt a worm in its eye but the use of the long line and fishermans net cancels it out. Soo many sea turtles die each year because of Long lines and by-catch.

I personally love the Graveyard Chelon. It's very creatively done. <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_happy.gif" border="0" /> And the Graveyard Malticorn's position is great too.

Most people are complaining, but this is the first Malticorn revamp I liked so far xD I was hoping for it to get a better look, and it did. Congratulations ^^

Malticorn reminds me of an anorexic super model... And the Chelon is marvelous. These jewels aren't going to grow back anytime soon... That's what happens when pollution hits the seas =/
I'm with the people who like the old Malticorn better. It wasn't decapitated or anything but its pose and expression was just awesome... Man. I had considered getting one.... Not anymore.

The plastic rings on the Chelon's tail are a nice touch. Overall I'm fairly happy with the Malticorn, though I don't like the bones showing in the tail. That chunk taken out of the tail just isn't... Attractive or something. Though I adore the face and head on it.
As someone who used to have a GY Malticorn in the past I can say it's a bit irritating to see this new version but I'm sure I'll get used to it and love it in a few days as I loved the old one. And the Chelon is awesome, too a major improvement. thumbs up for both Pets
I... personally prefer it when updates are simply that. Updates to lineart, coloring, shading... not major revamps of the design. Don't get me wrong, these are both very well drawn, but I no longer have the pet I once painted in Dewk. I will be looking for a suitable color replacement for her, I suppose.

I personally am not a fan of the new malticorn, it doesn't have the same sass the old one has in it's pose. But! The artwork in general is lovely <img src="http://images.subeta.net/smilies/6398_emoticon_smile.gif" border="0" /> Great detail and the Chelon is gorgeous xD

Huntress, if memory serves, the old GY Malticorn had 2 horns also. The artist didn't want to take that away from the pet as a lot of people would be upset.
